Section 1: Process Focused Mind

1. The thoughts of not achieving your final goal (or fear of failure) keeps coming to your mind which gives you a background stress. This hampers your productivity.

2. When you don't feel like working, you start imagining the good results in the future to motivate yourself to work hard now.

3. Whenever you start something new, you become really excited about it. You work hard for the first few days but soon you start becoming impatient for the results and when you don't get them, you leave that activity.

4. When people get the results which you want in your life, you feel good for them but bad for yourself. You feel regretful/guilty/frustrated/inferior and you don't feel like working for the rest of the day now.

5. You have been trying to solve a question or understand a concept for last 30 minutes but you are not able to get the correct answer or understand the concept well, you feel discouraged and frustrated that you don't feel like working now?

6. You don't feel like working when there is no proper time available. 15 mins here, 30 mins there is not your cup of tea.

7. When you work, you work with full energy or focus. When I don't have full energy or focus, I don't feel like working at all. I cannot work with half a mind. Agreed?

8. If you plan to start your work at 9:00AM but could not start till 9:35 AM, do you feel like not doing it anymore just because you could not start your work on the time you decided?

9. If you are able to maintain your streak of consistency in anything, you will work hard but once that streak is broken, you find it really hard to come back.

10. Due to genuine reasons, your whole day was spent in unproductive activities (attending guests, going out, etc) and now 90 minutes are left at the end of your work. Do you feel like not working in those 90 minutes as well because you want to start from tomorrow with a fresh mind?

11. While working when you face small setbacks (could not get the correct answer of the questions, could not understand a concept, yuou broke your streak etc). Thoughts of past failures, guilt, regret, fear of failure in future, frustration, inferiority etc. fills your mind so much so that you cannot work now.

12. You decided to complete 4 tasks in next 4 hours, however, you could not complete even a single task after 2.5 hours. Do you get frustrated and feel like skipping the remaining 1.5 hours now?

13. Do you feel like working on the cavagtions or holidays as well.? nOt out fo guilt or pressure but out to genuine interest?

14. How happy do you feel while telling others what you have learned in your work? OR if you are a student, how much excitement do you feel when you tell others about what you have learned in your books?
